Cancellation & Refund Before Production

If your order has not yet entered the production stage (order status is "Paid"), you can apply for a refund on your Shopify order page or contact us via email. We will assist you in canceling the order and issuing a full refund.

Once the order enters production (status: "In Production"), it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Customization Disclaimer

Since MINI ME figurines are fully customized products, each figurine is exclusively made based on your photos and style preferences. We cannot accept returns or refunds for non-quality-related issues.

Shipping Damage

If your product is damaged during transportation, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt and provide photos of the damage. We will remake and ship your figurine free of charge.

Quality Assurance

We use high-quality resin materials, and every figurine undergoes strict quality inspection. If manufacturing defects are found, you are entitled to a free remake service.
